Quote of the Day: Obama Not the Antichrist

The authors of the Left Behind series say Obama isn't the Anti-Christ.

"I've gotten a lot of questions the last few weeks asking if Obama is the antichrist," says novelist Jenkins. "I tell everyone that I don't think the antichrist will come out of politics, especially American politics."

"I can see by the language he uses why people think he could be the antichrist," adds LaHaye, "but from my reading of scripture, he doesn't meet the criteria. There is no indication in the Bible that the antichrist will be an American."

But, by wingnut logic, Obama isn't really American, so maybe he is the Antichrist after all!

I believe it was Jerry Farwell who said that the anti-christ is a jew who is living right now...and we see how far he's gotten.

I can see the confusion over Obama though. Wasn't it Oprah who called Omama "the One" ?

A man of dubious birth, of little experience, who talks in parables and platitudes, who causes women to faint during his speeches, ...is he not the annointed one?

There is a group Matthew25.org that has hailed Obama. Hard to believe he's put up with this kind of religious adjulation.

Seriously, how could a black man who was raised by a Muslim step father win the Presidency of the United States of America and not have a deal with the devil?

It is impossible.

He's not the Anti-Christ. He's just embassary of the Devil.

It's an easy mistake to make.
